Interpreters’ and Translators’ Association (DÜV)
The Interpreters’ and Translators’ Association (DÜV) is the professional association founded in 1951 by graduates of the Zurich School for Translation and Interpretation (DOZ), now the Department of Applied Linguistics and Cultural Studies of Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW). It runs an Agency in Zurich. → Association
The DÜV Agency is your partner for written translations. It also organises whole teams of interpreters for the oral translation of your conferences and arranges interpreters for smaller meetings, including the necessary simultaneous equipment, if desired.
Fully qualified, self-employed experts
All the people who work for DÜV are fully qualified, self-employed experts. DÜV attaches great importance to direct contacts between the client and the translator. As a general rule, it will always be the same translators and interpreters who work for you, time and again. This guarantees continuity in meeting your specific language needs.
DÜV also runs an office in the French-speaking part of Switzerland and another one in Ticino.
